Refund and Returns Policy

Where applicable by the laws of Panguitch, Garfield, Utah, this is our refund, exchange, and returns policy for the Panguitch Art Gallery.

Refunds

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds of any kind.  This includes items purchased as a gift and even delivered to you directly as a gift.  We apologize for the inconvenience and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase/gift.

All items sold are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis.  In-person sales offer you the opportunity to examine the item for yourself and find damage or defects before you buy.  It is your responsibility to make such an examination prior to purchase.

We absolutely will not offer any kind of refund after we have already paid out the proceeds of a sale to the artist or consigner.

Please do not request contact information for the artist or consigner.  We will not give that information to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within an implied warranty of merchantability period of 48 hours from date and time of purchase.  We require proof of defect or damage and also proof of purchase, so save your receipt.  If you need to exchange an item you purchased for the same item, send us an email at info (at) panguitchartgallery (dot) com and send your item to: PO Box 901, Panguitch, UT. 84759, USA.

Our ability to exchange a damaged or defective item may be limited by the final approval of the artist or consigner.  If he or she rejects offering an exchange, then we cannot offer you an exchange at all.

Due to the nature of art, certain kinds of products we offer for sale are one-of-a-kind items.  By the very definition of their very nature, we cannot exchange one-of-a-kind items at all.

Shipping Returns

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 901, Panguitch, UT. 84759, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged or defective (rejected) item.  You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs of sending your replacement.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of sending the replacement should match the cost of returning the rejected item if using the same shipping carrier.  Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS.  There is a UPS pickup in town which does not sell shipping packaging.  There is no FedEx or other outlet in town.  Give us contact information or contact us to make payment arrangements for shipping the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
